About correct.email
correct.email is a set of free tools for checking how a domain sends and receives email: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records, message headers and address syntax.
We built it because most email problems come down to a few DNS records, and most tools either show raw data without explaining it or hide the answer behind a signup form. Here every finding says what it means, why it matters and what to change, with a reference to the standard behind it.
Principles
- Every result comes from live DNS queries at the moment of the check. Nothing is simulated.
- Findings follow the published standards, and we say where a standard leaves room for interpretation.
- We keep as little data as possible: the tools need no account, checks are not stored and domains never reach the logs. An account is optional and only needed for monitoring and API keys.
- Every finding says what it means, why it matters and how to fix it, with a link to the standard.
Who builds it
correct.email is developed by Exmoor Software, a Polish software house that builds custom software, web applications, integrations and backend systems for companies. The checks run on our own infrastructure.
