IMPORTANT: CORRECT.EMAIL PLATFORM (“CORRECT.EMAIL”) OWNED BY GLOBAL EMAIL SOLUTIONS LTD, 590 KINGSTON ROAD, LONDON, SW20 8DN, UNITED KINGDOM, REGISTERED NUMBER: 10696894 IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE RIGHT FOR YOU TO USE THE EMAIL ADDRESSES VERIFICATION SERVICES (“SERVICES”) PROVIDED BY THE CORRECT.EMAIL, TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU, EITHER AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR A DULY AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE FOR AN ENTITY, ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”).

PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY PROVIDED SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS CAREFULLY.

BY REGISTERING AT CORRECT.EMAIL, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY OTHER ADDENDUM TO THIS AGREEMENT.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT DO NOT REGISTER ACCOUNT ON CORRECT.EMAIL OR DELETE EXISTING ONE.

YOU SHOULD MAINTAIN A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.

MAIN CURRENCY USED FOR SETTLEMENT IN RELATION WITH CORRECT.EMAIL IS USD. TO USE CORRECT.EMAIL SERVICES YOU MUST BUY CREDITS. 1 CREDIT AUTHORISE YOU TO CHECK 1 EMAIL ADDRESS. WE PROVIDE TO EACH NEW ACCOUNT A ONE TIME USE START BONUS OF 100 CREDITS WHICH CAN BE USED FOR FREE AS A TEST OF OUR SERVICES.

YOU SIGN THIS AGREEMENT FOR INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME.

§1 Correct.email Terms of Service Agreement

Correct.email is an online email addresses verification service which is detailed described on Correct.email website at: https://correct.email Correct.email hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to access the Services. By signing this agreement you guarantee that you have Legally Obtained Databases of Email Addresses. By signing this Agreement you guarantee that you will act under and within the law.

§2 Who Can use Correct.email?

We authorise any entity that meets the legal requirements. However, we may ask you to verify your identity and contact details by providing us with proper proof such as a copy of your passport, driver’s license or other identity document as well as proof of your current address or for companies providing certificate of incorporation copy.

§3 Pricing for Services

The prices are calculated based on price list located on the website at https://correct.email. Final price is calculated before any services provided by Correct.email and need to be accepted by you. All prices are in US dollars. We do not charge any set up fees. We reserve the right to change our prices and the changes will be posted on our website.

§4 Credits

Correct.email prepared special way of settlement for anyone who want to use our services in bulk within undefined period of time. Price defined in USD is always converted into Credits within simple rule: 1 Credit = 1 Email Address One Credit authorise you to check one email address. There is no time restriction for use Credits which means that Credits are valid lifetime. You can buy Credits in bulk to use them anytime for using our Services. Price for Credits are calculate based on our Price List, however to encourage you to receive benefits from using our Services in bulk we are adding extra credits as bonus depend on the package you have selected. Detailed info at: https://correct.email Credits are considered as used Service with time selected by you. Which means that Credits are not a currency. Furthermore Credits can’t be refundable or exchange.

§5 Taxes

As between you and Correct.email, Correct.email is responsible for all taxes (if any) associated with the transactions between Correct.email and you. You are responsible for all taxes (if any) associated with the Services, other than taxes based on Correct.email net income.

§6 Payments

You must register an account with Correct.email prior to using the Correct.email Services. Correct.email will require payment before provide services to you. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Bitcoins as payment methods.

If You have provided a Credit Card as your payment method, you hereby authorise Correct.email to charge at the time of use for all accepted by you amounts.

§7 Refunds

All Services are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and has 14 day to cancel the order, unless customer started using the digital goods. However, Credits as Special way of ordering our Services are considered as already used digital goods simply because it is impossible to recalculate price for partly used Credits as well as we reserve selected space of Correct.email to provide Service for your order within Credits amount.

§8 What Are Your Obligations?

Within the registration for Correct.email you will be required to choose an account name and password, which you must keep confidential. You must ASAP notify us if there is any unauthorised use of your Correct.email account. You agree to update any relevant information we may require such as your address and other contact details within seven (7) working days of any changes. You acknowledge that we own all of the intellectual property rights of Correct.email service. You agree with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. You are aware that the moment of purchase Correct.email Services is the moment when you start using the digital goods or Credits you bought and you take full responsibility for such action.

§ 9 What does mean Legally Obtained Database ?

This term as defined by international standards depends on the region in which the database is collected and used. Therefore, it is the holder of a database who has full responsibility for knowledge of the law in this area and its absolute compliance.

§ 10 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Correct.email can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

§ 11 Termination

You may terminate the Agreement at any time and without giving a reason by completing the account cancelation process with our customer service (support@correct.email). The Agreement will be considered terminated after 20 business days from day we receive your notice.

Correct.email may at any time terminate the Agreement for any reason. We will remove any of your electronic communications and related data and/or files from our website and any other storage as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain liable to pay any outstanding charges.

§ 12 Confidentiality

Our Confidentiality - you agree not to disclose Correct.email Confidential Information without our prior written consent. Moreover you agree to maintain the confidentiality of our Services by using at least the same care you use with your own confidential information.

Your Confidentiality - Correct.email Privacy Policy located at https://www.correct.email/privacy-policy is incorporated into this Agreement.

§ 13 Limitation of Liability

Parties acknowledge that both have entered into the Agreement relying on the limitations of liability stated within this Agreement.

You assume all responsibility and risk of losses resulting from your use of the Correct.email Service. You agree that we are not liable for any losses or damage that you may suffer or that may be claimed against you for whatever reason. If we are liable then you agree that our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for Services and you release us from any claim in excess of this limitation.

You may not assign the Agreement for Correct.email Services but we may assign the Agreement for Correct.email Services without restriction.

§ 14 Disputes

If a dispute of any kind arises we want to solve your concerns as soon as possible so we want you to contact our Customer Service (support @ correct.email) within 21 business days. If we cannot resolve any dispute with you we may agree to resolve the dispute using formal procedures. All claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be governed by United Kingdom law, and will be litigated exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom, and you and Correct.email consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. With all the deadlines regarding the proceedings against us that are not regulated by law, the application has a term of one year since the dispute arose.

§ 15 Changes to our Services and Changes to the Agreement

We are still changing and improving our Services. We may add, change or remove functionalities of our Services at any time. We may modify the Agreement at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively and generally will become effective 24 hours after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you don’t agree to any modified terms in the Agreement, you’ll have to stop using the affected Services.

§ 16 Miscellaneous

  • You may not assign or transfer any of your rights under the Agreement.
  • The parties are independent contractors and the Agreement does not create an agency, partnership, or joint venture. This Agreement does not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
  • Considering the dynamic changes of e-mail addresses, we can not guarantee that the results obtained during the operation of the service will be still the same in the future. However, thanks to our experience, this phenomenon is reduced to a minimum.
  • If you are uncertain about any aspects of the Agreement for Correct.email Services we suggest that you ask your lawyer to explain this agreement and its effect to you before you register to Correct.email.
  • If it turns out that a particular term of the Agreement is not enforceable, the rest of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
  • Language used for communication regarding this Agreement is English.
